Outcome: Liver transplant received
Shlomo Rosenblum, 41, a licensed counselor and community leader living in Jerusalem (born in Johannesburg), battled autoimmune hepatitis since age 16. He runs Aishel, a home for at-risk teens, with his wife Reena. Following January hospitalizations related to liver failure, he received a liver transplant.
